to, of professional / technical nature, yet very diverse, and extend over a broad field
of knowledge and expertise to satisfy the needs of various customers.

(1) Detailed and in depth performance studies pertaining to Ships, Ports, Terminal Operators, Stevedoring Companies, and/or any other Marine Service providers.
(2) Comparative / Competitive analysis of Marine Container Terminals and the service they provide to their customers.
(3) Executing and advising pertinent parties regarding execution of carriage by sea of Project and other Break Bulk Cargoes.
(4) Advising and execution of carriage by sea special Out Of Gauge (OOG) cargoes on board Container vessels.
(5) Port Captain services.
(6) Expert Witness services.
(7) Assisting and guiding Ocean Carriers in negotiations of agreements (rates and terms) with Terminal Operators and Stevedoring Companies.
(8) Any other legal services - within the limits of experience, knowledge and expertise - as requested by customers.
(9) Investigations of Marine failure(s) and the causes leading to it. Recommendations for preventing and avoidance.
(10) Representation of Maritime Industry companies offering Electronic Marine products of Navigation and Automation.
